Production Assistant (Internship – Unpaid)

About the Role:

Nile Studios is seeking a motivated Production Assistant Intern to join our Content Strategy & Analysis team. This is an unpaid internship designed for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in the film and entertainment industry. Interns will gain valuable exposure to content strategy, production workflows, and leadership decision-making processes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in analyzing content performance and making recommendations.

• Assist in deciding what content to invest in and measuring success.

• Build and improve benchmarking systems and processes.

• Work with teams across Data, Finance, Research, and Business Intelligence.

• Help leadership with presentations, strategy reviews, and special projects.

• Manage emails, calls, and social media as directed.

• Take detailed notes and keep projects organized.

• Draft formal documents (LOIs, offers, proposals, etc.).

• Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and support day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Comfortable in front of the camera, when needed.

• Passion for film, entertainment, and storytelling.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

• Comfortable presenting in small groups and working with leadership.

• Detail-oriented and able to turn insights into clear actions.

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
